It was built in 19 minutes and the video ended up 10 min ish. I decided to keep it to at this speed because in my opinion I was a bit shake-y and overall sloppy when I built it. But I'll keep your opinions in mind till next time. Also I'm using Studio Build Suite, it is the EBR's official building plugin developed by Fractality. You can find it in my plugins. And finally I cant reveal what Prism is! If I do it'll ruin the surprise! :^)

Then proceed to scroll down and check the video, I used solid modeling which is commonly referred to it's in development name "CSG". :^)

Weeeelll I hope this brief explanation of where I start when building a base or anything in general is enough for you, enjoy. I usually start with a bit of terrain if I'm making a place. The key thing when building a base is the environment. I am personally a huge fan of of extreme environment themed places as I usually feel that those builds can be really atmospheric. Here is a very long piece that may or may not make sense but I want you to try and think about all the stupid things that would be a problem with the place you're making as well as how to solve them. In other words, you need the right mindset... For example, my favourite would be an extreme winter themed build, imagine big open areas where the wind flow across the snow dunes carrying snow particles obscuring your vision. A lot of snow would present a lot of problems maintenance wise. Considering that a lot of snow would cover roads making it impossible to drive a car, which means you'd have to drive a crawler or else risk getting stuck in the snow. Now that is transport vehicle problems, however what if you'd walk across a big open area and a snow storm kicks in? Big poles or some sort of flags secured to the ground helping people get to safety of course! A thick snow storm would render lamps and spotlights useless as it would block the light as well as also covering the lamps/spotlights with... You guessed it! SNOOOOW! What about the main things you need to survive? Food and water! Food would require a storage room and enterainingly enough if the area is cold enough year around you wouldn't require a fridge which literally means use the environment as your fridge! But what about water?!?!?! It'll freeze you maniac, don't store it outside! Of course we're dealing with ROBLOX stuff here and usually drinking and eating isn't a part of a clan base and the design, but what what I'm going for with this big piece of text is that liquids usually freeze, that means pipes that are used to transport liquids from two different points would require some serious isolation or a heating coil to prevent the liquids from freezing and ultimately ruining the pipes due to the liquid expanding as it freeze. WHAT DO I MEAN BY THAT?! BIG PIPES, ALWAYS! BIG, THICK AND JUICY! Now what else could we throw in to make it feel more realistic and atmospheric?! Power and electricity of course! Due to the fact that the outside cold would make it difficult to heat the building up you want it to be small. Smaller corridors (whenever possible) and rooms that aren't bigger than they need to be. So what have we covered here so far... Outside stuff... transport... pipes... food and water... making sure that you don't go bankrupt due to the cost to heat the place up.... Entertainingly enough I'm literally writing every single word as they appear in my mind, so welcome to my insanity... EITHER WAY, back to the stuff about building and the mindset you need to create some serious top tier stuff... While we're on the topic of heat, you want to make sure that when the door is opened you don't lose a lot of heat that will slip out so having some sort of an airlock. And now back to power, what type of power source would be ideal? Solar power would obviously not work due to the snow covering the solar panel and I'm fairly sure wind power wouldn't be ideal either due to the snow possibly ending up on the rotary section and due to the friction (which would build up some heat) melting some snow which would eventually freeze (and this would cause problems) I don't think wind power would be ideal either.. So coal or some other fossil fuel would work the best, this means you require some sort of a storage area, preferably a large one due to the fact that you seriously don't want to run out of power and also that it is so difficult to reach the facility meaning that you will have to stock up on fuel. All right I'm done, been going on for too long but I am fairly sure I'd come up with more if I simply wasn't so tired. I just want you to understand that when building a place and trying to make it look good, you want to make it seem realistic or at least hinting in that direction. That means you need to take heat and other random crap that would be an issue in the environment into consideration. You don't build a house made out of a material that isolate the heat poorly if you're living on the north pole! That'd be stupid. So before you build something, envision it and then plan what the difficulties of this environment would be and then get to work. :)
