The Job of a Assistant Director is to of course assist the Director but also make sure every Operative and Agent is doing their job. While also working side by side with the Director. If someone chooses to send their ISB Application to the Assistant Director, that's perfectly fine but the Assistant Director must forward that Application to the ISB Director and both agree on rather that person passed the Application. Now here is a list of ISB Codes that all ISB Personnel must use when needed and a list of Formations.
ISB Codes:
Code 0: All units be on look out
Code 1: Requesting Assistance
Code 2: Execute (Persons username)
Code 3: Arrest (Persons Username)
Code 4: The Emperor is Arriving, make sure there is no threat around
Code 5: Suspicious Person
Code 6: Bomb Threat
Code 7: Shots Fired
Code 8: Suspect Detained/ in custody
Code 9: Terrorist threat somewhere (name the location of known)
Code 10: Fight in Progress
Code 11: Possible Traitor (Persons username if known, and an Investigation must be started)

Formations:
Formal Formation: this formation is when Opratives/Agents form around the highest Ranking ISB officer.
Triangle Formation.
V Formation.
Reverse V Formation.
Box Formation.
Guard Formation: ISB Personnel for around the Person their guarding real closely with Guns Drawned.
The Director and the Assistant Director can tell Agents or Operatives to go in these formations around other people if needed.
