Hi guys, It's Cytheur here. The one you all know as either being really mean or really nice. I'm making this thread because I am really disappointed in all of your guys responses to this rather fantastic update.
The amount of children I've seen on the wall complaining about 'why these requirements are needed', or 'i don't meet the requirements so this is stupid.'
Are you serious? If you don't meet these overly simplistic requirements then I have no idea why you should be able to trade in the first place. It's two badges, those two badges take about what, 45 minutes of gameplay TOPS? The game even saves, so it's not like you have to do 45 minutes up front.
Think of the real pokemon games, could you trade immediately? No, you have to go to a certain pokemon center before you can start trading. Did you cry then too?
Also, how blinded are you to not realize how much more game security this will provide? No longer will people be able to get timeout rank, then make an alt and immediately, KEY WORD, IMMEDIATELY, begin trying to scam other users. The only people that will still waste their time are the dedicated scammers, that if you guys were to just USE YOUR HEADS, and KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, you can avoid WITH EASE!
Did you know there are thousands of project pokemon users that have NEVER been scammed? Why can't you be one of them?
Second, these requirements appear to be necessary because do you not know the amount of people I get messaging me each and every day saying how their pokemon got scammed in the stupidest way? These requirements, and this update alone, is what you have ALL BEEN BEGGING FOR. A SAFER WAY TO TRADE.
You children need to stop looking for the most measly excuses to complain about things. This is for YOUR safety, for YOUR gaming experience, for YOUR happiness. Now enjoy the fact that there will be less scammers, because if anything. You might be the scammer complaining about these updates.

This is well said. Also, if you want to trade and you just need the 2 badges and you don't want to get them then that means you are not interested in the game or just want everything for granted. Like, I saw tons of new people at the game that want to trade and only have starters. The more you do, the more you get.

this was a true fact people are just too dumb to realise it and are to dumb to get scammed tbh i actually dont like this but im ok with it cuz now other people cant get scammed that easily now thx for this update im sure it will help alot of people who play this game |

For one, nobody should even accept you as a reliable source of information when judging from the way you establish your sentences I'd guess you're around the age of 12.
ROBLOX is a game, where you make your own games. Wish recreated pokemon, for the PUBLIC to play. Because he is the one that put hundreds of hours of work into the game, he is allowed to do whatever he'd like to it. He does not need to listen to anybody about his game, it is at the end of the day, his game. He is not being greedy, nor selfish. It's HID game. He can do as he pleases.
The starter passes are to help 'STARTERS' to the game get a head start. Again, most definitely for those people that are either lazy, or just have the spare robux. It is in no way shape or form a way of him trying to 'just make more robux'. Yes it makes him robux, but at the end of the day it's for the players.

Hey why do you keep explaining to the? Most people complain because they are too lazy or young to understand either what is going on or what they are saying? (Not saying you are bad, because you keep things short but precise)
Literally half of ROBLOX is made up of alts, scammers, hackers and/or exploiters these days. So then there are the other 50% who a vast majority is either teens (Me being one) or younger children looking for an amazing place to spend their "gaming time" or whatever it may be called at.
I mean sure I can see the points in some explanations but there are alwasy going to be haters and/or confused people who are going to ask the questions which either have an obvious answer (later on) or just are plain ridiculous (which in that case is meant to troll you mostly).
So I know this is probably a random question and has a simple answr but I am intrigued as to why?

To be honest I don't like the update. Your just taking away other peoples permission to trade. Even though I'm not a kid, the people who don't like this update I have to agree with. You even called the complainers "kids" and I don't think that's very appropriate and wasn't necessary. We just don't like the new, "gaming experience" and are just wishing for a change. Isn't it okay to state our own opinions? Will you get mad at me for stating my own opinion? Probably. I just hope you come to realization that people can have their own opinions and just because someone disagrees with you, that you should have a fit and call them names. |

I honestly really agree, Cytheur. It really is for more security, and it's actually quite fair since it's really simple requirements. To everyone who's gonna complain on this thread saying stuff like "this game sucks now, dislike" and "this was a great game until a horrible update came out like this one", I'd think twice before posting on this thread and criticize mostly Cytheur and Wish, because if you do, Cytheur will probably roast you really hard, and you won't like it.
