Everyone seems to bring up my primary. To be honest, I don't even care what most of you idiots even say. But, I will defend FEAR as I have been apart of the group for five years. I was also a prominent member of the community (former High Command) until I decided to leave before school started this year. I also have many reasons to stay in FEAR. These reasons include helping the clan as best as I can, friends, and memories.

no one really needs to use alts to make servers official at your fort, because it's genuinely never hard to win at, not necessarily because of fairness, but because of the overall skill level of tra members. no hard feelings

FoA and RAA are powerclans, I don't expect that they would.
UAF and TRA could have a rule like this and I think that'd be okay.
I've been to TRA defenses and raids since its existence and seen members complaining about alts being used to make servers official. It doesn't make the base any less fair because of a single TRAE, if TRA implemented it. I imagine there's 9/10 times a TRAE in the server anyways.
In fact, let's look at the base rules!
"8.) Hostile members caught using alternate or main accounts and teaming themselves onto the defending or raiding team, in order to make the server official, will be banned and the server can be shutdown if the admin available sees it fit."

Look at the fairness of the bases TRA have used in the past. We have a requirement that someone who's already going to be there should be there to ensure that we at least have a single person fighting for FC. You guys have spawned inside the base at some places. I'm seeing a huge discrepancy in taking the game seriously.
FC want to fight for FC, we don't want raiders to fight for FC.

as a matter of fact fc's system is better than fears, they can have 1 ws and 5 warriors (equivalent of recruit in fear) and make an official defense but if 5 recruits get in alianor it's impossible to make the server official earlier and you get an assload of defenders as a result. you're a joke lol.
also i don't care what you *think* or *plan* to do with your recruits as defenders, the fact is those systems aren't in place now and that most raids end up with half the server being defenders and take 30 min to start make your system a bigger joke than vak's. at least they're honest about being unfair with defender requirements. :) |

We're a super clan and it's easy to use alts to make servers official. VAK did this to us during our wars with them, so we made a WS rule. We have it because of the state of the current clan world.
We see a lot of alts used to make servers official in every clan's base, and since we can't guarantee the clan raiding us will be playing fair, we have this rule to ensure that they don't raid against 5 or 6 of their own men's afk corpses to get their victories against us.
We want FC to fight for FC, not raiders.
Now, are we strict on enforcing this rule? No. If the raiders aren't pretentious and rude to us, we'll team a regular Frost Clan member to Wolf Squad. It's nothing to do with winning and losing for us, it's to do with cheating from the opponent.
This is the reason, there is no other. It's not to get a "leader" in the defense (cough sel).

War is war. We all have our conditions. People forget about the secret passages and clan-only doors that were used by other clans.
Do you complain when there needs to be X amount of VAK instead of VAC included?
Just deal with it. Part of the challenge or "fun" of war is surpassing those odds.
The one who best surpasses those odds is what we could call a "good leader." |
