I like the new region though. I think it would be cool if gyms are dual type and give you two badges. (And there are only four gyms.) For example, there is a grass/poison gym, the leader has 3 pokemon, one a grass type, one a poison type then a dual type like bulbasuar.

Everyone is gonna get the fire type. I can't see much good coming out of these starters. I can already picture them being annoying in the next pokemon anime

I agree. I know I won't enjoy the starters, but the region will make this my favorite pokemon game.
