[Introduction]-------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello if you're in AC I'm guessing you already know me.
If not then I'll introduce myself.
Hello I'm charlierw1 I am Aviation commands Chief. I've been a HR in AC for quite a while (Longer than the chief was even in AC). In AC I am a fun trainer but if I've had enough that changes in an instant. I know you're thinking(Probably) "But I want a DC that is always fun...". I joined DPD:AC on 12/21/15 and gained the rank of Command Chief Master Sergeant on 1/22/16
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Experience]
I have the most experience in AC out of any of the candidates, Also I achieved my current rank when the former Chief master sergeant was demoted, I wasn't just free ranked I was recommended by another HR who could've taken the spot for himself, but no he though I deserved it more. I have never been suspended in AC, or in DPD as a matter of fact, I'm active (Haven't been the past week due to real life stuff). I host at least twice a week.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Plans]
Although what I said in the introduction is the best option for your fun trainings, but sadly it is not the best option for AC. If we have a DC that lets everyone do whatever the heck they want it just eliminates the fact that we have an effective DC.
There has been multiple accounts of people being suspended because they were not taught the proper rules of AC. If I were a DC I would make sure they all taught the proper rules. After they have been taught the proper rules they have no reason to break any rules. They would get two warnings and then exile.
