Civilian - Just joined Combatant - Completed an obby or something Guard - Gets promoted Sergeant - Next promo Operative -1st MR rank harder to get Captain -2nd MR rank gets shout perms and can host if an hr is there Ambassador -allies Brigadier -Hr General -Council of sorts Commander (Or Like Emperor/King if its a clan like that)

Look up ranks in medieval time and then throw in a couple extra things. For example, a high ranking in the feudal estate of medieval times was called a Baron. Make a mid-rank or high-rank named Baron.
