I do think that all the good swordfighters in RAT should be recognized, although I imagine the division should get more active in the clan community surrounding swords (scrimming sword teams, raiding sword clans, etc.) and maybe make the process of getting into the division more rigorous, the goal should be that it really means something to be a part of the group Also "Royal Guard" ain't that appealing of a name IMO
