So, turns out OP isn't a millionaire, he's a billionaire so I can't compete. I don't suppose you would tell me where you're ranked in Forbes? Small pharmaceutical companies aren't really a thing! You need a lot of money to research the new drugs, or just to make them and pharmacies buy direct from the manufacturer so you aren't a middle man.
