Peter, formerly known as Sir Pete during his youth, and is widely feared under the alias "Pete the Slicer" due to his liking of the famous serial killer "Jack The Ripper", was member of the Sinkers back in 2100, active in Honolulu in Hawaii.
Up until 2115, Peter became infamous following a series of gruesome attacks of young men; in reality; these men were fellow Sinkers disguised as business men who attempted to stop his spiral of madness. These attacks, in conjunction with Peter's control over Georgia's criminal enterprise, threatened the discreet reputation and very existence of the Sinkers in Georgia.

Back in 2101, there was a event that went around Crane Town in Hawaii, the event was called the Autumn of Fear. The Autumn of Fear was a event that involved a huge number of killings and attacks that went on in Crane Town, and the event was not noticed for the killings but for how Peter left behind clues in the scene on purpose. People started to make a group that would be convinced to join Peter and his rampage of attacks and killings in Georgia. Leaving the group to either be convinced or just unstably psychotic. People thought the reason of these killings was Peter was just a grade A psycho. The number of attacks that occurred in Georgia lead to Peter moving into Georgia to join the group in a massive killing spree. |
