uh try to watch youtubers and try to make friends irl but if it makes you uncomfortable just make friends on here be around them all the time, you'll get more sociable in real life just from hanging out with then. If you're having trouble sleeping get a computer/laptop turn turn on some big youtube playlist of a good funny youtuber turn your monitor off and just shut your eyes
I went through a really hard time in my life where no one really liked me irl or on game my family was really rough wealth wise and I got through it by doing this stuff. It works and quick I got out of my depression in about a month
