I wasn't sure how to start this thread, so here it goes.
I don't have many friends left on this game, over the years they've all moved on to other things... and it's gotten to the point where simply logging on and having no one to talk to just makes me not want to play anymore. But something that always cheers me up and makes me want to continue is LS, whether is be a silly meme in the chats or watching EPICBRO contemplate the weirdest of things. Lortex makes me happy, and it kills me to see it in this state. I thought activity is what made a clan great, what made it perfect but boy was I wrong, it doesn't matter how active a group is. If the community is unhealthy, it's not going to be enjoyable for anyone.
Over the past 2 months or so I feel that the community has just become so disconnected that I no longer know my own group. I remember back a year ago when we were probably the most inactive group on clans and guilds olf, defending against whatever the world threw at us with a mere 5 people. We lost every single time but we didn't care because we had each other and man did we have fun. But now things are just a complete mess, it's unorganized and the community is detached. I don't know how I can feel alone in a clan so big, the same reason Exalted and so many left. I won't lie, there's times when I've logged out and thought about never logging back in again to just leave it all behind.
As it stands, the high command is split on two or three sides and not united together. Our developers, or developer I think would rather ignore me than just tell me hes done with LS. Morale is low, and I know for sure if I don't do something. If WE don't do something I'm not sure how much longer LS will remain. You know after everything we've been though, every raid we've defended against and every person who has the nerve to insult us for being honest... they don't matter to me anymore.
Our clan above everything else has capabilities that others do not, and I plan to use this to our advantage as much as possible. If no one wants to help me ( developing wise ) then I'll do it myself completely. I'm going to make LS something perfect. But more importantly I'm going to stop trying to impress this community, and start trying to impress the LS community because that's all that matters to me anymore.
I'm going to start getting engaged more within the community as much as possible to find out what you guys actually want. I hope this explains everything that's currently going on guys I know it seems depressing but it's the truth :( What we can do from here is start to fix all this.

Flav, you know I love you like a bro, and I know you don't want to listen to me. But, you have to understand, everything I did is what I thought was best for LS. For all my friends, for my FAMILY. So, if your reading this, I'm sorry for what I did, but you have to save LS. Bring it to the way it was.
We were a family, now we are just all fighting each other. Can't Ls be a family again? Don't you want that, Flav. When Loyalty was the most important thing. When everything we did, we did it together. I miss that a lot Flav. I miss the old you. You have to save LS, and the first way to do that is to get rid of the one who started it all. Ever since he joined, everything started going wrong. You know who I'm talking about.

Ya see, this is what we all wanted to hear.
Flavoured, Even though all your old pals have started to... isolate themselves a bit from you, little by little, you still have those who have worked harder than any other in this clan.
Flavoured, you SHOULD become more active with the community that was pasted down to you, we will still be here, until something IRL happens, or the corruption of the community.
Start impressing YOUR OWN world, to YOUR people, to the people who joined, to the the ones who joined to serve YOU,
in YOUR leadership.
I will say this to you, Flav, you inspired me to continue my time in LS, you were the one that helped me find a fun little place to get active with a group, and it's community. As a part-friend, you should start understanding how WE feel, than your HRs. Quit it with the Representative democracy, and start over with a direct one.
I believe you can make this group again like before, so don't change that.

Flav, don't worry. We can turn this downhill spiral around and go uphill. After all, words mean so much. Actions speak louder. You're gonna hear it, too. Thanks for the speech. You're a great leader, one that I respect. I respect many leaders, but you seem exceptional to me. Though I've been inactive lately (due to health problems), that will soon change.

The replies honestly seem like a desperate attempt put up by the veterans to right their wrongs, or to gain power.
But I wholeheartedly agree with Flavoured on this.. I just keep hearing promises but I have yet to seem them actually carried out.

Wow, that was really nice to hear Flav. I think HICom needs some fixing, and putting even existing HRs through OO would be a good idea since OO is meant to teach HRs how to be effective HRs. Some groups have closed their HICom to train their HRs, closing it, no, we have few HRs to begin with, but making EVERY HR go through OO is a good idea. If we give someone power, then make sure they can use it correctly. Maybe make HICom more democratic, have a council to help make choices. (Have some well trusted non-Hrs be in it so you have an idea of what the general group wants too.) Flav, I really think you can fix this. One last thing, we should make some way for everyone in LS to be heard, add a forum for suggestions on how to fix LS in general. (Making a new training place will probably be on top of the list with "Kick out some crappy HRs" and make CT less laggy, though, you are fixing that.) Many people including myself have poured days worth of time and even money into Roblox, and many people including myself still play because we like working as a team in a group and feel like they are valued. YOU are the face of LS. YOU are the reason we feel valued here. I'm going to be dead serious with you, we need to fix this mess, I will gladly help, and I hope the rest of LS will too. These are our final hours of the night of corruption, we are on the brink of a new dawn, a new golden age.

Look, the high ranks are always begged to host training's, always.. yet nobody shows up and the facility is completely jacked.
It's extremely difficult to host when nobody shows up at a jacked facility, and it's hard to even do your job when you don't even really have a job.
