Greetings, Velexarians! This document will explain everything you need to know about the Velexarian Imperium, alongside the rules that you are expected to follow while on-duty.

[//- On-duty and Off-duty:
You are considered off-duty when you are not in uniform, at an official Velexarian place, or not at an event. Even if you’re off-duty, don’t make a fool of yourself. You always represent not only the Imperium, but other groups you are apart of. Acting like a fool will give both the Imperium, and any other group you are in a bad image.
You are considered on-duty if you are in uniform, at an official Velexarian place, or at an event. If you are on-duty it is required you act mature at all times, and are capable of upholding all rules/laws. There are absolutely no exceptions.

The following section of the Velexarian Codex will contain all rules/laws that are to be followed at all times while on-duty.
Law I - Maturity and Grammar - All on-duty Velexarians are required to use grammar while on-duty, alongside being mature in general. While this law is on a lower offense, you can still be punished for breaking it.
Law II - Communication - While in combat, raiding or defending, Velexarians must always use Team Chat.
Law III - Never Surrender - Velexarians are to never surrender to the enemy.
Law IV - Superiors - Higher Ranking Velexarians must be referred to as “Sir” or “Ma’am” at all times.
Law V - Activity - Velexarians should always be active. Those inactive will be exiled without hesitation. The only exception to this is if you’re inactive from ROBLOX. If this is the case, you must notify a Primarch or higher and put that you are inactive in your bio.
Law VI - Respect - All Velexarians must respect each other. Always respect your Comrades, those above and below.
Law VII - Treason - Defending or raiding against the Imperium is not allowed. If done so, you will be punished accordingly, and declared as a traitor.
Law VIII - Evacuation - If any official Velexarian places are exploited, you are required to evacuate the server immediately.
Any and all law breakers will be found and punished. No one is above the law at any time, and there are no exceptions whatsoever. If you see someone break a law, you a required to contact a Commodore or higher with proof. That person will be punished in accordance.

[//- Uniform Specifications:
Velexarians are required to be in uniform at all times while on-duty. If you cannot afford the uniform, you will be provided funds to only buy the correct uniform. If in the event you are not able to get funds right away, you are to purchase the temporary uniform, and dress your avatar in all black. There are no exceptions whatsoever to not wearing a uniform.

While it is not a requirement for Velexarians to have TeamSpeak 3, it is highly recommended. TeamSpeak 3 is a communications program that can be used for raids, defenses, or just socializing in general.

All Velexarian laws apply in the TeamSpeak server except law IV.
If you do not have the Velexarian TeamSpeak server address, you are to ask any Officer or higher of the Velexarian Imperium.
