It was cool with the 2 screen game and watch. It was cool when you introduced a way to connect a GBA to a Gamecube. It was cool when you introduced the original DS from 2004. The DSi was a little repetive, but the 3DS was taking it too far. Here are a list of handhelds post-2004. Nintendo DS Nintendo DS lite Nintendo DSi Nintendo DSi XL Nintendo 3DS Nintendo 3DS XL Nintendo 2DS New Nintendo 3DS New Nintendo 3DS XL See a pattern anywhere? And it got worse with the Wii U. And now, Nintendo's planning on doing the same for the Fusion/NX. How about cut the 2 screen crap, and make something ORIGINAL FOR ONCE. For example, you don't have a second screen for the next console, and stop reusing Wii and Gamecube controllers. That is pure laziness. And you call your next console the Gameboy NX/Fusion. It will have two joysticks, a D-pad, A, B, X, Y buttons, start and select buttons, and you will use a bigger cardtrige type, maybe something like the PSP uses? 3DS games will be avalible via eshop, and you can use either a smartphone or the T.V. as a second screen.

I agree nintendo is a horrible company. They either need to make a real platform instead of some cheap garbage or leave the game completely.

imo I rather they keep the 2 screens thing for the portable systems. I enjoy it and it differentiates them from other portable gaming systems. I rather have 2 screens instead of some other annoying gimmick.

plus you say you want them to make something "original" by calling it the "gameboy nx fusion" and have their layout be super similar to the psp....... yeah... real "original"

" plus you say you want them to make something "original" by calling it the "gameboy nx fusion" Idiot. I said gameboy nx/fusion, implying it can be either, not both.

Two screens is actually useful for the Wii U, and two screens is pretty much the default for their handhelds. They should keep it, but not put too much focus on it as a gimmick.

@cool No, before the DS and after the Game and Watch, all of their handhelds were one-screen.

">Just because something is a gimmick doesn't mean it is bad." but when they keep doing it every time, it gets old

honestly i could care less about the dual screens on handheld but it should stay away from the console they should just focus on making a powerful and comfortable console not some gimmicky garbage like the WiiU
