Good evening!
I am here to present to both the citizens and campaign administration on why I am applying for the position of Secret Service Director in the campaign. First, I would like to start off with a basic table of contents for my composition:
SECTION 1: Introduction
SECTION 2: About Me & My Career
SECTION 3: Reasons for Applying
SECTION 4: Reasons I Should Be Chose
SECTION 5: My Plans
SECTION 6: Conclusion
SECTION 1:
As elections quickly approach for the summer of 2016, the current campaigns find it necessary to seek out new administrations should they win the Presidency of the United States. As I have been in the United States of America for quite a while, I have sought out time to try to advance to a bigger, more difficult position. With that being said, I am going to aim for these positions that will hold me at a level of higher responsibility and accountability.
SECTION 2:
I joined the United States of America between January 1 - 13 of 2013 when the United States of America was first formed. In this period of time, I excelled through departments on and off to experience the full effect. After being in the majority of the law enforcement agencies, on both of my accounts, law enforcement has always presided. Now, before this United States of America, I was a member of TheFounderFather's United States of America that fell under the dictatorship of Blaze20, so it is called. I served in the Secret Service countless times under a vast pool of directors. I quickly excelled the ranks to Special Agent in Charge, later to Deputy Director then so on to Director until I found another interest in Congress. Here I ended my career in TheFounderFather's United States of America and thus began a career here. Later on in 2014 or early 2015, I left ROBLOX for a short period of time and resurfaced a bit later. I have now rejoined USA and I am getting back into the positions I once held. More or less, I have extensive experience in this field and I am looking forward to pursuing it even more.
SECTION 3:
Ever since I began my career in RoNations on ROBLOX, the Secret Service has always been a go to. I have worked countless hours for each and every time I am employed in the division. Thus being said, every time I serve it increases my knowledge, experience and other attributes to the position greatly. I have directed the agency around 8 to 9 times in different groups at different times, sometimes more than one term at a time. I have always had a passion for the agency and it is the one agency that feels like home, I'm sure some of you have that same feeling about your selective agencies.
SECTION 4:
With my experience, knowledge and capability to fulfill the position, it is shown that I am capable of running said department. I have the right plans and attributes that will lead the Secret Service to greatness, greater than it already is in this state. The Secret Service is a great agency as is, but there are many improvements that can be implemented that the current administration isn't touching on, in which I would indeed make sure to complete.
SECTION 5:
Now, I would not present myself and ask for your support in a position if I was not going to provide examples of what I am going to do should I get the position.
1. To keep up with suspensions, warnings, blacklist or any other administration key of the Secret Service, I would organize a trello with some advisors and the administration of the Secret Service and the United States to keep up with who is doing what and what happened at all times to maintain unity and organization within the agency, much like the one already present.
2. I would also require the current Secret Service members to go through physical and mental training, this would include:
a. Passing combat training every 2 weeks.
b. Taking a code/linguo test each month.
c. Passing an aptitude test each month strictly on the Secret Service.
d. Submitting reports each week on what happened, abuse that took place, who they protected, their activity in that week and any other important assets that should be reported.
All of these methods would assure that no one was falsely let in and they are knowledgeable about their positions.
3. While the current department may be semi-active, they are not being held at their full capacity in activity and both agent wise.
4. In order to maintain stability and thorough evaluations in the department I would task a handful of individuals in assisting me in running the department to both the President's, the public's and my own standards of which the Secret Service should be held with.
5. In a new way to manage recruitment, I would open all methods of recruitment including:
a. Secret Service Academy
This would pertain with basic stages of training to become a Secret Service agent.
Using a trello based system to keep up with the training of each and every applicant.
Additional information to be came up with in attempts to make sure it is an efficient, reliable system rather than all over the place.
b. Applications
Would include its own aptitude test and questions that are pertinent to the Secret Service, not just basic questions. Afterwards, all applicants that pass will be required to attend a training course that will be designated by the administration of the Secret Service. If denied, applicants would be put on a 1 week wait period in which they may then re-submit an application. This system would also be maintained on a trello board.
c. Tryouts
a. As stated earlier, would focus more on efficient formation tactics.
b. Defense tactics.
c. Attack tactics.
d. Protection guidelines/basic guidelines of the Secret Service.
SECTION 6:
As these plans show a basic overview of what I would implement to run the department at par, I am open to the citizens of the United States to suggest things they would like to see done or methods they would suggest. As a public official, it would be my duty to maintain public and department relationship integrity. I would love to do so, if you have any suggests, please leave them with your comment or private message them to me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my composition on why I should become the Secret Service Director in the upcoming campaigns and what I would do. Like I said, if you have any ideas or any changes you wish to be made that you think would benefit the relations between the public and the department, please leave them in your post.

As a current member of the Secret Service, Former Secretary and Deputy of Homeland Security along with being a former Deputy Director of the Secret Service, I nay this campaign speech and here is why:
<<<
>>>
>Regarding a
A combat training EVERY two weeks? You realize for one this is a kids game and two you're shooting out of virtual blocks. When protecting a VIP, it is not about how good you 'shoot' its about whether you can actually protect the VIP that's present. When there is four-seven Secret Service Agents in a server, you don't need to be 'good at gunfighting' as when four people are shooting at someone whether or not they're good, it usually is impossible to dodge.
>Regarding d
Are you sure you were even a member of a Secret Service Agency? We don't do reports because the Director's job is to lead the agency and lead EACH VIP session. When the President is around, its the duty of the Secret Service Director to lead the protection of our nation's leader, not allowing agents to do it themselves no matter what rank they are.
-------------------------
<<<
3. While the current department may be semi-active, they are not being held at their full capacity in activity and both agent wise.
>>>
Inactive? Uh, have you even witnessed a protection? There is usually around four-eight agents at a time protecting a VIP in a server, I've seen it. The only exception to that is when people are at SCHOOL (because they have a life?) and when they're asleep. (Such as Sudden going on at 1:00 AM est >_>)
---------------------------------
Regarding Setion 3
>>>
I have directed the agency around 8 to 9 times in different groups at different times, sometimes more than one term at a time
<<<
Okay how does this relate to NUSA's Secret Service? We are completely different than other USA's primarily due to the fact that the people are much more willing to role-play and our USA has a ton more in numbers. This gives you zero experience regarding leading this division, as experience regarding NUSA needs to be from NUSA.
--------------
Furthermore, you're pretty much unqualified, not to mention your ideas are inefficient. Please don't continue this so our nation becomes even worse than it already is. |
|
|
Thank you for your concerns, but let me tell you why you are wrong.
Regarding your comment about Point A: If someone has the audacity to join the Secret Service and pass all necessary training, they should be required to keep up with their training to maintain full, efficient stability in their skills. If one has the ability to complete a tryout, then it should be no problem to have a general meeting and combat training every two weeks. That's twice a month. You say that you do not need good gun fighting skills because usually there are 4 to 8 agents on duty. Yes, this may be true, but what are you going to do when there are 6 to 10 criminals? Exactly, you need the skills to shoot them down, especially if you're out numbered to create full effectiveness of the use of the protection for the VIP being protected.
Regarding your comment about Point D: The point of that section was not to be meant as a patrol log, but more of an internal relationship between the Director and the agents. Typing one paragraph per week about what went on, abuse that may have occurred, VIPs they found most active or anything else they would like to include to make the Director aware of cannot hurt the Secret Service. Yes, it may not be typical protocol but it is something additional to maintain the efficiency of the agency that you are employed in.
Regarding your comment about Point 3: First, please take a moment to re-read what I stated. I did not indeed state that Secret Service was inactive, I politely stated it was not at maximum activity (semi-active) and that it was not at full capacity both activity wise and agent wise.
Regarding your comment about Section 3: The member count and effective role play has nothing to do with the ability for me to complete the position. It is necessarily the same thing. I can get the job done just as effective, just as efficient and just as responsibly. I have been in NUSA since January of 2013, I would like to think I have experienced the divisions before and have learned how they operate and how things are played out, but thank you for your concern.
Regarding your furthermore statement: I am completely qualified as I have served in RoNations and positions such as these for the last 4 1/2 years and my ideas are completely efficient if you take in the deeper meaning and what is going to actually happen. If you would take a moment to reference to the last area of my composition where I asked for public ideas or changes, you could go ahead and have dropped a change or idea without being so hostile about it. I will indeed continue my campaign and it will not affect the stability of the country if a qualified Director is put in place.
Thanks for your concerns, and once again if you have any ideas or changes, please message me or comment them! :)

@James
Regarding your response to point A:
You're literally taking this game too seriously. No one needs to do some sort of 'fitness' test for an online kids game, its okay if you want to see if they're qualified yet a fitness test really? People have jobs, limited gametime (Sorry some of us aren't addicted). The time they're online should be served towards protecting a VIP, not doing a 'fitness' test to see if they can shoot a block when I already explained the group thing. I also have something else to add, you say these things are 'required every two weeks,' so basically implying that you get fired if you can't shoot a block the same way as before? That's utterly ridiculous as this is as I have said multiple time, shooting out of a virtual block.
Regarding your response to point D:
A relationship with the agents through a patrol log, I said this before and ill say it again. A Secret Service Director should be the one leading these protection patrols and what not. During that time, he already is having a relationship with its agents whether or not it is friendly. An effective Director needs to focus on his job instead of being 'best buddies' with their agents, that causes bias which will crumble the agency from the inside, I've seen and witnessed it countless times.
Regarding your response to Point 3:
Well I guess you forgot to think that, "Oh this person has school / work." Before adding that. Agents are efficient in my opinion, as every agent already knows whats going on. People have lives, and you need to get that through your head.
Regarding your response to section 3:
That's incorrect, it DOES matter. It is a lot different in other USA's than this one. If you don't see that then you shouldn't be even responding to this section. I joined in January 2013 as well, and I get your point of seeing how things change, yet being here for that long does not mean you experience it all unless you actually worked within it.
Regarding your response to my furthermore:
I don't believe I was being hostile, just being honest as we don't need things worse than they already are. Whether or not you have experience in RO-Nations. It gives little credit on your experience to NUSA's Secret Service. If you want to apply for this job, you should serve at least several months in this nation's secret service to actually see how it works.
----
I can go at this all day.
Also just so you know this, Ozzymen doesn't choose his candidates through there supporters, he cares if you actually give a damn about the campaign rather than the job.

@Scor,
Unintelligent?
Okay dude, I am giving my concern for this. As since I joined NUSA, I have primarily lead and been in works related to the Department of Homeland Security. I have every right to express my attitude towards a person running for a position when I feel they are unqualified.

If it's just a "game" as you call it, (It is but yeah) then why do you care so much to right paragraphs about him? Because it's just a "brick game" boy gtfo.

@Scor
Well this is a role-play game. And I type pretty fast so paragraphs are of no big deal to me.
Also uhm, I am not going for the position of Secret Service Director, I got another one in mind.

1. It's not necessarily a fitness test, just a little brief 30 minute or so training to sharpen their skills and have a little brief meeting, I don't see the flaw.
2. It's not a patrol log, a brief summary on abuse or inter connectivity in the department and residing areas around them. A Director doesn't necessarily always do field work, it's more about managing the agency. There are reasons for the Special Agents in CHARGE. Of course, I will do field work from time to time when necessary, but don't expect it 24/7, that is what the details and agents in charge of that particular division are for.
3. Once again, 30 minutes on a Saturday or Sunday, I don't find that's a bit too much.
4. I have worked with it and no, it's still the same job and you can still operate the same way.
5. Once again, I have the experience whether here or in other RoNations, and that's that.
There is a reason this is called a support thread, it's not meant for petty arguments such as the one you are instigating. If you have any further requests or changes you wish for, please feel free to PM me.
If this is about you being worried you might actually have to do some work should I get Director, it's fine, you won't loose your job or anything along those lines. All agents will keep their positions unless deemed otherwise by a system I will establish.
I care about the campaign and the job, don't get what that was meant for.

To add on about 'role-play' games. Their is only a limit of how far you can go.

Actually, the fact of "role-playing" is you can be anything you want, and do anything. But okay lmao.
