Insects that live in the water is called aquatic insects. Some insects live in water when they are a nymph, when they are adult, they will live on vegetation near water. Most of the aquatic insects will be eaten by fish. Aquatic insects cannot live in the water for their whole life, except for several beetles and true bugs. However, those that do are almost always insects that rely on surface oxygen to breath and they can’t remain underwater indefinitely. Most insects live in lake, river and swarm, only some live in the ocean. It’s hard to be an insect living in the open ocean when you have to stay near the surface. There are lots of things that like to eat tasty little floating protein nuggets, so any insects that tried to colonize the open ocean were likely eaten or faced other problems. Also, insects are more buoyant in saltwater than in freshwater. Which means it’s hard for them to dive into deeper waters and, once again, are very vulnerable to predation if they float up near the surface. The main points of why I wanted to research about aquatic insects is to learn about them and understand about them more and to find out what is it like for them to live in water. |

that's the linesmen fault
and they had a shot cleared off line and generally a lot of other chances that warranted a goal, they were the better team they actually deserved to be in the final |
