During this election period the British Ministry of Defence are engaged in conflict against the Chinese Peoples' Liberation Army (PLA) forces in Hong Kong.
The United Kingdom is rumoured to be using Special Forces against the Chinese military in an effort to maintain sharpness but also to improve performance alongside Commonwealth allies Australia and Canada. However the Chinese look to maintain their activity within the area and the prospect of defeating a coalition of the Commonwealth forces could provide quite the morale boost to the Chinese military and the Chinese Government.
I spoke with Hexon7575, Admiral of the Fleet within the Royal Navy, who had this to say:
"British forces have reigned victorious within all engagements, so far. This is by a huge margin."
Interesting words. With the British forces defeating the Chinese Peoples' Liberation Army in several engagements alongside their Commonwealth allies, will we see a quick and sudden end to this conflict?
