There should be an official 'Rat Donors' Group dedicated to those who can not afford the uniform. There would be donors, and (maybe) if they donate a good amount they get a Tag on TS3.
The group would payout 10 Robux for the people to get the experience uniform (there would be a background check etc..).

No, if there were to be a group like this it would not be turned out as it is, and no one would donate for others to use their robux that they payed for. Plus back ground checks aren't always correct.
Many players on the ROBLOX platform are greedy and will take advantage of users like that. The only way to reason out for a uniform is an automatic system that gives the uniform to soldiers at official events.
Furthermore, The donors would have to spend more than 40 robux just to be able to support 3 people, which is a bad ratio because of the tax system on ROBLOX.
This idea will just fail and there will be corruption in this type of group, because the robux is being given to others, which is free to to hands of others that have permission to take.
