Really Bruce Springsteen? It should be most overrated song, that would be Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit I asked a girl wearing a shirt and asked her what's her favorite song from Nirvana, she said Smells Like Teen Spirit. I asked her what's her other favorite song, she said "idk, that's my only favorite". Posers and emos everywhere. metallica is best up the irons get the led out \m/

queen may have their more memorable songs, but they certainly all at the godly level people place them at. the earlier comment about bruce springsteen is relevant in his more popular songs. if you delve into his earlier albums ( greetings from asbury park, the wild the innocent and the e-street shuffle etc) you'll find something totally different. bands like the eagles and led zepplin are also, for the most part, overrated. they're no denying that their work is great, but the latter has very few good songs and the former has people focusing on their one most popular album. mind you, this is all subjective so don't go on a rant about it.

I wouldn't say Michael Jackson, because although he is overrated, I think it's more for his overall stage presence/performance ability rather than just his singing voice. When someone says "overrated singer" I think they're referring to someone who is mostly known for their singing voice, even though said voice is really nothing special. In which case, I'd have to agree with Sangy and say Adele is definitely up there, at least for this generation. Lobstery, God of Infinite Wisdom and Cruelty, King of the Pop Fans
