What they mean by the phrase "It's Free" is meaning by the download They're using 2 words to say it's not "pay-to-play" Not even joking, if you have an electronic to be using ROBLOX, I'm pretty sure you can afford 90 robux (=$1)

Yes, but ever heard of a tight economic trouble? Poor people doesn't get to enjoy stuff like regular people with good income. My parents are sick and being forced to work just to put this roof up. So the only times I personally get to enjoy paid things are special events. But still, you are right though. It just takes a loooong time to reach the perfect day to get some extra dough to spend online.

ROBLOX still have made many free items. They won't put as much effort as they do to decent hats that have a cost

A few here and there... but they don't satisfy my style or just doesn't even look good in my opinion. :L YET, they put effort in items that they make highly cost. Which I'm glad for the new "Whole avatar customization" update comming soon. :D
