The fact that an employer is so ignorant in apologizing to the people for the rogues as well as not explaining the influx of dismissals in LVPD makes you unfit for duty.

Kindve wouldn't pass my application because "it wasn't spaced out enough" even though it was.
I spaced it out even more, then he continued to make up dumb excuses not to hire me.
He told me he couldn't hire me because "I have safechat" EVEN THOUGH ALL OF ROBLOX DOES!!!
He continued to dodge me after that.

Kindve shouln't be fired becuase when he hosts the tryouts.He doesn't predict the future.He doesn't know who is going to go rouge or not.So stop this protesting before you get in real Trouble. Also if he hired rouges? Then why isn't the whole LVPD/PFPA shutdown? He was the director of PFPA,he resigned due to other things happening.Sabakhan learn how to be a leader of a agency then talk crap about it okay? EVERY AGENCY has to deal with it.Not just LVPD.You are just a hater trying to get people fired for doing there job.Kindve has done good thing within PFPA/LVPD.When you say "Hires all rouges" Then why im i the Deputy Director of PFPA um? That is what I thought.So rethink before you post this kind of stuff. |

Kindve was a kind person, but his ignorance is overwhelming. First, he instated patrol logs. He mandated 4 a week. I did 10 and even though it was literally right there on the trello, he declined every single one but 3. He reviews them on Friday, the last day. As he declined them, they don't count. But as it was the last day to submit the patrol logs, we couldn't patrol that day. So I ended up getting fired for "Inactivity" for Kindve denying 7 of my 10 patrol logs on the last day so I couldn't create 1 more.
Secondly, he inducted a KNOWN criminal, who has CREATED SEVERAL mafias. Before he accepted the rogue, he commented that his mafias were "incompetent". He also inducted another KNOWN criminal.

I definitely agree that kindve needs to background check people even more and I warned him about cr_ss but took him as a "developer". Later on, he went rogue.
Kindve, I won't sign this but you need to fix your background system.

Sure, the "rehab" program may not be working, but who is to blame?
The person who created this program to help criminals become better members of the community or the people who said they wouldn't go rogue and they did?
As a person who was actually hired from this "rehab program", I haven't gone rogue yet, and either has another person who was with me when we were hired.
Yes I've been called corrupted and accused of being rogue, but I am not planning on going rogue or becoming corrupt.
Kindve isn't to blame for other people's actions.
