Brief Introduction to this Forum and what its trying to achieve:
This groups only been up for two days and has already amassed twenty members, although small that is nothing to not brag about, and I know that the group will keep growing due to the way Tea is keeping it maintained and updated. With the current structure of the group and the new suggestions arising it seems fit for a system to be in place to ensure that the overall group as a whole (in the RP sense) will keep moving forward. And now with the conformation that the group will have enemy's within our lore ( Still yet to be finalised) their is need for the group to achieve common goals and wipe out this "Wretched hive of scum and villainy" that is the 'Riders of the Night'. However, their is also need for the group to fulfil roles that aid the common folk, without abilities or the means to fight back and speak up for themselves they are hopeless and thus our duty stands. This being the reason why I am happy to introduce...
Mr.Jigglish's Patented Job Board!
The Job Board will not only promote cooperation within the group, this due to the partnerships and trio's that have been created in the last couple of hours from Tea's program, but will also give us reasons to RP and ideas of RP's we would like to do solely on our own or as part of a larger collective. The system will work quite simply, I or other HR's within the group will put forward a set of jobs or a singular job, briefly highlighting what it is, how long you have to complete the job, and how many points it awards, 1- being very little, 3- being a lot. To take up the job you must say that your taking the job on this thread, and what your RP name is. Once you have completed it, just say on the thread that you have (This system sounds flawed but its only for fun, and so their is a level of trust needed), once you have done so either I or another High Ranking member will either accept this (which will usually happen) but sometimes it will be declined and you will loose a point, this is only the case if we know your lying, such as saying your going to do the RP mission, but be offline that entire day.However, once a group has decided to take up that scenario, it is unavailable to others. The Group with the most points at the end of the week will receive bragging rights for the next.
DISCLAIMER: You do not have to take part, you can lone wolf it, or you could just ignore it if you feel like role-playing on your own terms, I certainly know I will not be following the Job board for every Role-play I partake in. However it does give us the means of tracking the groups progress etc.
This post has baffled on for long enough, so without further ado here are Three scenarios That are available, With more soon on the way:
S1: In a distant kingdom their is suspicion that a rebellion is afoot, although deemed as innocent and an expression of the peoples rights their seems to be someone pulling the strings from afar, you must earn the trust of the people, find out their leader and put a stop to it. (1 Day maximum to achieve) - 2 Points
S2: A man was on a morning stroll when he noticed a strange cloaked man walk towards him before knocking him unconscious and taking all his prized possessions with him. Your job is to track down this man, and return his belongings to him, finding out the identity of this masked assailant (3 Hours maximum to achieve) - 1 Point
S3: A Group of Raiders in possession of strange artefacts granting them special abilities and super human strength are heard to be camping out on a lonesome traders road. Shaking down all the traders that pass by and killing all the guardsmen it has forced the nearby town to be without food and commerce for weeks. Your job is to find this group of Raiders and wipe them out, thus ensuring that trade will come back to the nearby dainty town. (1 1/2 Days maximum to achieve) - 3 Points
