Managers are watching over the café at all times. Interviews should not to be held within the café, there are specific dates and times to interview customers. If someone asks for an interview while you are in the café, please refer him or her to the Application Center.
Grammar and spelling are very important here at Tastie’s, which is why when interviewing you should make sure the candidates have good grammar.

You should be present at all the interview sessions [Security and Barista]. Your job is to make sure all the customer are settled and are waiting patiently to be interviewed [they should all be sitting down]. You also need to make sure that while the managers are interviewing they are asking the right questions and are receiving proper answers.
