none of this matters
there are three things that matter:
drive, vision, and networking
you have to be able to see the future, you have to have motivation to create it, and you have to have the resources to make the future reality
ask yourself these three questions:
would I leave the rest of my clans to start this group?
where do I see myself going with this clan?
am I resourceful enough to bring good technology/members to the table?
it's really not about experience (sure it matters but it's not essential to starting a good clan)
