You must have this filled out and submitted to a judge before the trial Maximum 2 witnesses and maximum 3 questions per witness For testifying YOUR own side's witness: Try to ask questions that make your witness look good that end with an open answer giving them lots of space to explain (basically not ending in yes or no) Witness 1 Question 1: Question 2: Question 3: Witness 2 Question 1: Question 2: Question 3: For cross-examining (Testifying the other side's witness): Try to ask questions that will make the witness look like a liar and not trustworthy (Ask questions with a yes or no question giving the witness no space to explain themselves) You have 5 questions for each witness the other side brings up, try to use what they testified earlier against them. For example: So you said ... earlier, why weren't you ... Remember, the trick is to downplay the other side's witness
