I think that removing safechat, if that's what you're saying, would be a good idea. BUT.. I think that ROBLOX wants a child-friendly game.. And many people will be mad at this change, mostly parents. So ya, this'll probably never happen, but there is a very small chance this might come true. |

I would say make it so safe chat only censors bad words, not normal words. But if they can't do that, support. |

ROBLOX is a kid-friendly website.
Removing the filter would increase the amount of rule violations, especially for inappropriate language, and increase the work-load of the moderators with no benefit.

A lot of people are supporting just because they don't like the safe-chat system.
IT'S THERE FOR A REASON.
Pre-2012 there was no safe-chat, and look at the amount of people violating the community guidelines and abusing their ability to use profanity. |

Obvious words would be banned like the # #### for example but things like "Crap" or "Dang it" shouldn't be banned from 10 year olds. If you even look at a roblox ad you could tell there aren't kid friendly games on this site, and for NBCs there's some bad ads. At this point roblox isn't even close to kid friendly when it comes to games. Words are the only thing at this point that are censored, and the only real way to get banned on roblox is to upload something inappropriate, make an account with bad words in it, or make a forum that says bad things, not many other ways now. Also I think I made a forum about this before but I had ideas about making games where you were allowed to swear, but I highly doubt that roblox would even touch that post |
