I like to think that if I made a forum, I would be a good admin. I think that nobody would try it due to the multiple proboards failures recently, though, |
I would not trust OP as an admin, and neither would I trust OD wagon either, but that's me. |

nothing wrong with furries |
@Purring, nor would I trust you as you lack the qualities of an admin. I could trust Pruz, Tim and a few others here, but some, ehh.
I myself am very welcoming, and know how to run a site so I think of myself as a good admin.

honestly if there were more people that had the patience to maintain roleplays then the forum wouldn't look as much of a mess of random ooc/c&g threads
i'm currently trying to make one as we speak |
@Guan They're fursona's so therefor they're acting as a furry.
I also said I don't hate furries, so yeah. |
@briar That may be true.
The Rp's I stay in usually keep for 3+ months, although some others die out quick. |

I don't have a problem with furries, unless they try to shove their fetish down my throat. |
@Roq Being a furry doesn't mean you have the fetish variety. |

Again, basically. |
I'm an alright admin most of the time.
I only freak out when everyone in my realm turns against me. |

I wouldn't freak out. ☻ I'd act the same everywhere, Purring. You'd at least have one insane sane person on your side. |
I've seen Pruz in an argument before, and have never seen him get a temper.
If I may ask, what is this disgusting font this forum uses? |
I would be very impartial to people, Purring, a quality that Tim and you would likely lack as admins. (Demonstrated on Banannachair.)

I showed impartiality, but I wasn't the one who made every single call on the bans. Bannanachair died because I thought that people who I thought were decent people would automatically be good at moderating a website, and when I left for three days I found out that managing a site is a skill separate from being a decent person. However, I have revised every single ban that I ever performed on Bannanachair recently and found that, a year later, I agree with each and every one of them. |
I had no qualms about your conduct until you banned someone for mentioning Singapore, not even in a context related to you.
Look, I think you're a good writer and intelligent in general, but I question how good you would be given the chance to be an admin again. |
Within the post itself the context was absent, but in relation to both the other posts on that thread and the events of the previous 48 hours the context was relatively obvious. |
You should have deleted posts and punished the posters who leaked sensitive information about you. However, a post that was not in direct violation of any of your rules should have been left well alone, in my opinion. |
It may be because I live under one of the most oppressive regimes that America hasn't attempted to destroy so far, but I honestly thought I was being rather lenient in my decision-making. |
I think that the way you handled Bannanachair's issues was a bit erratic and even biased at times, but somebody else might think that you did well and that the destruction of the board was inevitable. It's really up to opinion and how people like to "rule," or in this case, admin. |
Personally, I blame my staff. Almost all of them were decent people, but holy crap they were not good at moderating things. The erraticness that you saw was likely different moderators doing different things for the same punishment. |
But hey, on the bright side, I haven't looked up or even memorized a single IP address on Bannanachair despite how vindictive I can be, so that's not bad, |
