PLEASE HELP ME! :'(

I LOVE this game, but recently I haven't been able to play a single game!! I would go to a game and click 'Play', It will tell me to run RobloxPlayerLauncher.exe and I have done that a bunch of times and all it does is open up another tab and I click 'Play' on another game and it does the same over and over!! I've already downloaded RobloxPlayerLauncher and RobloxStuio. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO PLAY AGAIN! Ive even spent money on this account for the game! pls help :'(

Dear friend, Go to window, type in control pandel, click uninstall programs, find roblox player and roblox studio, check uninstall, once it's finish uninstalling it, go to your broswerand clear your cookies, once you did it, log in back in roblox and download roblox. Hope this work and good luck friend!
