I can use the website just fine, but when I click play on any game, the ad will load, and I go through the usual, normal pre-game procedure. After the procedure, the game won't start at all. There're no traces of ROBLOX games starting anywhere on my PC. I can still play ROBLOX via the Windows 10 app, but bigger games won't start successfully from there, and I'm forced to use touchscreen controls on others. If you can help, please let me know in the commentary. Thanks. -Bear

Did you check if you actually downloaded it?

Yes, I've already downloaded ROBLOX player and studio as well as the windows 10 app.

Check if your firewall or any protective system you have on your computer allows ROBLOX.

@speed If the firewall was the problem, wouldn't it have blocked the ROBLOX windows app from launching, or studio even?

You would think, but my friend made it to be allowed and it started working.

@xxMomentSpeedxX Fixed it. The first thing was right. I still had player and studio downloaded on my desktop, but for whatever reason, ROBLOX didn't offer a download for me in my browser when I started a game up. I feel stupid now, but thanks nonetheless.
