TUTORIAL FOR DEFENSE
let's say you get attacked for 2 dmg, and you got +1 defense, so you only lose 1 hp instead of 2, it's that simple.
well now, you go back to your bedroom for real now, and lay down and go to sleep, and that ends the 1st day.

I think that armor should give max health and not defense, and armor health bonuses won't be healed by healing, and heavy armor should give defense.
