Dear citizens of Amherst, I, deltaforce32, announce that I will be running as the State of Amherst governor. [What I've done for Amherst] I was involved in the development of Buffalo v7 as a builder. I am currently serving as the Chief of the Buffalo City Police Department. My mission is to create a professional police force that is free of corruption. [Plans for Government] As the Governor of the State of Amherst I promise I will provide a firm Bill of Rights and Constitution. I will work to make a professional state with a functioning executive, legislative, and judicial branch. [Plans for Foreign Exchanges/Affairs] I plan on a neutral standpoint when it comes to foreign affairs. Our main allies will lie within the Vanir Pact. I plan on widely expanding Economic Development, with expansion of some of our own businesses. [Miscellaneous Plans] I plan on kick-starting a division of Amherst called the Amherst Rifle Association to give law-abiding citizens and off-duty police officers firearms in Buffalo v7. [Lt.
