So basically, you can only have one account on at one IP. So if there's an account active somewhere, you can't activate it elsewhere. This is to reduce haxing. Don't judge a siggy. |

Meh. What if; A family is moving? Changing ISPs? Dynamic IP? Then it would lock an acount.
And haxors can just make a bypass around this. It would likely affect the real users. |

Dynamic IP addresses don't always work the same way. IF you are assigned a new dynamic IP address it's often picked from a limited pool of addresses assigned to your location. Sites will often ban your IP block instead of that single IP address. |
