Spiders, although I am terrified of large spiders you never said how big. I guess I could deal with sleeping with tiny spiders.

umm no if you take multivitamins to get the stuff you don't get, then eat as healthy and filling as possible at dawn and dusk, then you'd do just fine. You'd be really skinny though.
I wouldn't play a video game at all if I found myself atop a bullet train. I would think of ways to not get flung off.

I'd make it A: endless after the completion of the story
B: with a story that takes weeks to complete
C: single player so I don't have to worry about anyone else
D: with a cool PvP teleport system
and E: friends only
