Question about resizing

So I am working on a vehicle that I started quite a few years ago and sort of forgot about. Anyways I am unable to resize parts of it by values less then 1, I moved the model into a new place and I am able to resize other parts, just not parts off the vehicle, which leads me to believe that I have some setting on within the model, grid is set to off. Any ideas?

Go to the part's properties and then there should be somewhere to change the part to "Custom" for the size

What building tools are you using? is it a union?

Using Qcmdutility and its an old model from 2014, so no unions.

Use the block mesh and change the size in properties.
