Back in 2008-2013 a program was active called the Administrator program, I was one of the Administrators...It was really easy, you just had to apply. |

oh my god it's extremely obvious.. back then they had a system where each post/thread you made had to be approved by a moderator before it could be shown to everyone.. many forums still do this today

From what I remember they closed it down because the program was going haywire. Anyway, in games we could use hats that had weapons. |

Like I said, that program was basically the intern problem of its time, but more overly used and easier to get into. |
