Keep in mind that there are a lot of horrible, horrible teams in CONCACAF.
Saying that Canada is in the top half, if not the top third, of all CONCACAF is honestly not saying much about Canada. |

Cap, tbh, Haiti and Panama have improved over the last couple of years. Don't know much about the rest though. |

Honduras does play some dirty football though. Arguably the dirtiest team in the CONCACAF. They're like a less skilled version of Chile. |
