Strong performance is critical to our success, but just as important is how we go about achieving results - with honesty and respect, without taking shortcuts, and by operating ethically and with integrity in all that we do.
To help guide and align our behaviors as we make business decisions that impact our daily operations, we rely on our Staff Code of Conduct, which outlines our values and describes our standards for conduct, compliance, and avoiding conflicts of interest. It supports our continuing commitment to honest and ethical conduct and compliance rules, and regulations, and our company's policies, standards, and procedures.

1. BEHAVIOR
Staff members are required to be mature at all Cold Stone related places, this means you aren't disrespecting, insulting, or making rude remarks about anyone. Also, you are required to use grammar at all group places. If you make a mistake in your grammar practices, correct it. Staff members will be confronted and consulted in a proper manner if we find you behaving inappropriately or slacking in grammar.
2. RESPONSIBILITY
All Cold Stone staff members are responsible for all their actions, including attending training sessions, company meetings, working behind the counter, and hosting interviews and/or training sessions if you have the ability to do so. Acting irresponsibly will get you a consequence.
3. ADMIN
Abusing your admin abilities is not tolerated if you have the ability to use admin. Our admin only has basic commands you need to fulfill your duties, but using admin for your own enjoyment and not for company purposes is prohibited.

4. DRESS CODE
Our staff members should dress appropriately and professionally at Cold Stone places. This does not mean wear a suit, but present yourself nicely and take what you wear to Cold Stone into consideration. You must wear the uniform behind the counter, but we have a process that automatically puts it on your person when you go behind the counter.
Package Policy:
Cold Stone employees have the freedom to wear whatever package they please to wear but there is one restriction. You CANNOT wear any packages that take away the Cold Stone Uniform, even if you are not working.
5. Promotions
Promotions are a big part for many at Cold Stone. One big rule about promotions, if to NOT ASK FOR PROMOTIONS. This means don't ask to be a supervisor, or the president, you have to earn it by going through the ranks like everyone else. Also, do not spam the wall or continuously ask for Point Checks, they will be hosted when they can be hosted. Everyone has lives too.
