When hosting an Event.. Don't just shout "Come to Training Facility." That would be unprofessional. A better way to say it would be; "[Event] Hosting Training at (Whatever Timezone), Hope to see you there!"
Do not forget to tell troops "STS", or everything will be out of place.
Make sure to do events in order, however you can add some twists.. Just stay in order.
The order of events:
STS
Talking about what's happening.
Learning how to walk in a STRAIGHT line.
Obby
Rule Obby
SF
FPS.

If HR's do not show up in uniform, it's encourage others not to wear uniforms and it'll be unprofessional.
If anyone catches an HR out of uniform, the HR will be punished.

STS = Shoulder To Shoulder. You should be saying STS once you think enough people have joined.
TAWH = Talking about what's happening. Simply just go through the events, keep the speech short.
Learning how to walk in a straight line. Tell everyone to stand behind you in a STRAIGHT line, and have them walk around with you.
Obby. Jumping block to block.
Rule Obby. Simply jumping to a block, then saying a rule from the Rule Handbook.
SF = Sword Fighting. Split into two teams, or 1V1, 2V2, etc.
FPS = First Person Shooter. Split into two teams, or 1V1, 2V2, etc.
If any HR breaks these rules or order, they'll receive a warning.. And will be taught it all over again.
If they continue, they get demoted to a MR.
