Hey guys,
We know you were just thinking that FEAR couldn't get any more interesting than it already is, but you were wrong. To get Summer started on the right foot, the High Council has made a few changes that we think are going to make the next few months, and hopefully month after that, very interesting.

First, we'd like to congratulate Facuchido, RobloxSpartacus, and Draynar on achieving the rank of Colonel. Facuchido will be the new director of the Department of Community Affairs, and RobloxSpartacus will be the new director of the Department of Intelligence. Draynar will be working in the Department of Intelligence as the leader of FCO's intel team.

The next announcement is something we believe will bring a lot of energy into both the Officer core and the clan as a whole.
We're happy to announce that starting in July of 2016, Colonel elections will be introduced into the clan. A forum thoroughly explaining how the process works will be posted at the end of the month, but for now -
- Elections are held every 2 months
- Officers will be able to apply to run for Colonel
- The High Council will choose between 2 and 4 Officers to run
- Officers may give a speech, make propoganda, etc. to get people to vote for them
- The Officer with the most votes will be promoted to Colonel
