I'm 14 so I don't rent high quality stuff but I do recommend using either
OVH (youll need to seperately purchase a windows license implying that you dont use linux)
HostSavor (#1 recommendation)
DatabaseByDesignLLC (pricey kinda)
cheapwindowsvps (good quality)
