Support. Roblox won't be bringing back Personal Servers because they were replaced with Team Create, but Roblox could simply allow the Group Owner to publish his own games to the Group Page. This would be a simple compromise on the behalf of this issue and Roblox.

support, this also happened to me idk how to transfer all scripts and if any roblox terrain over to another place. "publish as" doesn't work cause the game won't appear then when you try and open your place in that studio it opens another studio as .rblx file https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=1253451
