As a Founder of these United States I would like to state the following as of 9/6/16. - Agencies may no longer have a limit on members Limits on members makes it so people cannot have jobs which causes inactivity. - Tools may be changed by people with an Admin Panel. Too much abuse of tools. - The admin rules go as following. Overseer+ All Commands President : Teleport (In emergencies), H and VIP commands only, no admining. Anyone else: VIP commands only. Not following will result in a loss of admin - The Lead Developer may make any decisions about DC. - Overseer and above can make FEOs that do not interfere with the government however we may combat corruption in these. FEO #1

What if the agency is private and has atleast a 20 person limit? Such as founders private intel agency or SSO?

Funny, as last time I check, he doesn't run my departments. I practically run then with my administration. Stop putting rules into MY administration. This FEO is void
