This Forum Guide will explain how to make your way up the rankings in my Crew, the Shinwa Pirates. Once you have met the requirements stated below send me (The Captain) a picture of your stats and you shall be ranked accordingly
Recruit -> Nakama: Lvl.15
Nakama -> Adept: Lvl: 20
Adept -> Any Division: Once a Crew member is the rank of adept they may Tryout for a Division, it is up to the Division Commanders to decide when they will hold tryouts
Divison Commander: Handpicked by the Captain and will be chosen through a type of competition among members of the Crew to earn the position as a Division Commander
