Promotion System
=>1.1: Introduction to ArP
Unique to a lot of clans, Arvoria now utilizes, thanks to the Arvorian Industries, a new type of promotion system. In order to move away from the standard “promotion per event attended,” AC now supplements members with the ability to gain “ArP” (Arvorian Points). Instead of gaining a whole promotion for succeeding at a group event, members will now be able to gain the exp-based ArP, cumulating these points in order to redeem promotions. As mentioned previously, ArP is stored within a secured database, allowing promotions to automatically be recorded while also safe-housing your points. Moving into the future, the highcommand believes this is the most suited system for Arvorian Confederation at this time!
=>1.2: Methods of Gaining ArP
The methods of obtaining ArP are outlined below.
Raids: 10 ArP Maximum
ArP is gained through an overall success of a raid, communication, and the performance of each individual within the raid. We cannot measure the time each person has spent inside a raid, therefore only the raid leader or the high ranking officer at the raid can determine the ArP you shall receive. Going to raids is the most critical part in earning ArP, as it’s the best place to display your skill and communication. Make sure to follow orders or risk having ArP deducted from your profile at the database.
Defenses/Patrolling: 8 ArP Maximum
Awarding of ArP through defenses is based on performance, success of the defense, and your ability to follow orders. It is identical to the way you earn ArP in a raid, however instead of aiming to advance into enemy territory, you are expected to control our fort and ensure it does not get captured by enemy hostiles. If hostiles are not raiding, it is still recommended members spend whatever time necessary in patrolling our fort, as ArP can still be awarded this way as well.
Trainings: 4 ArP Maximum
While at a training you will be award a basic amount for just attending as long as you are not away from your keyboard for the majority of the time. You may also earn ArP based on your abilities in combat, how actively you are participating during events, and how well you coordinate with your team.
Battle Practices: 5ArP Maximum
Battle Practices, as opposed to trainings, are hosted in order to quickly simulate quick battle simulation, without the need of a trainer to give excessive orders. The amount of ArP earned at a battle practices is the same as attending a training.
Social Events/Community Participation: 5 ArP Maximum
At times, AC will have special events hosted in order to supplement the needs of the community. These events/contests are predefined, and the amount of ArP can vary depending on the event. Make sure to look out for these special events, as ArP can be gained heavily from participating!
=>1.3: Punishment/Removal of ArP
With a new promotion system in place, it is also a lot easier to remove ArP from members instead of demoting them a full rank. While most actions that can be avoided do not deserve a full demotion, a removal of ArP may occur.
In most cases, only 1-10 ArP will ever be taken at a time, and this is just for minor/everyday cases (eg. disturbing trainings over and over again). Sometimes, however, it might be necessary to remove more ArP from a user for more serious offenses. To ensure not too much is taken away, only a maximum of 10 ArP can be taken from a user by those ranked Brigadier and above (in extreme cases, possibly more), with a General being notified before ArP is deducted.
If you wish to report a member for wrongdoing, be sure to contact a member of the Internal Affairs Department. The AC Constitution can be found here for more information on punishment: [Coming Soon] I'll have this out soon.
=>1.4: Promotion/Rank List
Below lists each rank within AC and the amount of ArP needed to acquire each rank. It should be noted that the amount of ArP listed is cumulative (for more information on how promotions work, contact a member of Internal Affairs);
