This guide will explain to you how you can be promoted to a higher level dancer!
At the end of each class, the coach hosting the class will give up to 5 people an effort point. If given an effort point, read more below to find out how you can be promoted.
*NOTE* You can only get 1 effort point per class!

To be ranked up, you must have a certain amount of effort points.
To be ranked to:
Beginning Class [1] you do not need any effort points, as anyone who joins SIU will be put into this rank.
Intermediate Class [2] you need to have earned 2 effort points.
Advanced Class [3] you need to have earned 3 effort points.
Experienced Class [4] you need to have earned 4 effort points.
Professional Class [5] you need to have earned 5 effort points.
Platinum Class [6] you need to have earned 6 effort points.
Once you hit Platinum class, you will get 30 robux! You will have higher opportunities to rank to junior and coach when we have auditions.

*IMPORTANT*
When you have the amount of effort points you need to rank up, send all the information to EffortPoints (http://www.roblox.com/users/104411946/profile).
This is what you provide in the message:
- What rank you are currently and what rank you are going to become
-The host of the class
-The time and date of the class
An HR from SIU will read your message and promote you within 24 hours!
