Type: Constitutional Amendment Title 1: [Insert the text of our current constitution] Title 2: The nation to which this constitution applies will be officially named the "United Mexican States". The nation is a union of States, and the nation's seat of power and capital shall be in a Federal District that contains Mexico City. The government of this nation will have multiple branches. The territory of the states and nation shall be owned communally by the nation. States are administrative divisions in charge of running their respective territories. All farmland and pastures deemed suitable for those purposes by the President and Vice President shall be worked by, lived on, and developed by a group of farmers. These farms may not be any bigger than two thousand five hundred square blocks. Title 3: The executive branch will be headed by the President, and shall include the offices of the Legal Cabinet, the Ministries of the government, the Armed Forces, and of the office of the Vice President. The executive branch may deal with any country as it sees fit, and may declare war with the approval of the majority of both Chambers. It may also call upon drafts if national security or interests are gravely endangered. The President or Vice President may appoint and remove Secretaries to the Legal Cabinet, but only with the approval of a majority from both houses. The legislative branch shall include the Chamber of Deputies and the Chamber of Senators. The Chambers may make laws on the following topics: 1) Taxes on income, production, imports, and corporations. 2) Military spending and organization, but only with the approval of the President and Vice President. 3) Shipping of goods and services with foreign countries and in the nation. 4) Printing and minting currency, and the value of the currency thereof, and the standard measuring system to be used in the country. 5) Organization of the executive branch. 6) Citizenship and immigration. 7) Spending of national budget. 8) Regulation of communal farms, industrial production methods, and transportation. AMENDMENT #1 The Constitution of the United Mexican States shall be divided into titles, each a different forum, and all links are to be posted on one forum called "Constitution of the United Mexican States". @FirstPersontoReply It's still called the Federal District, which includes Mexico City and surrounding areas.

AMENDMENT #2 REVISION: TITLE 2 CHAPTER 3 The land in the states, Federal District, and territories of the United Mexican States shall be owned by the nation alone. The States shall make laws and enforce federal laws in their respective land, but must repeal laws and decisions that counter federal laws and this Constitution. The Federal District shall be governed by a government whose residents may decide on how it shall be run. Executives may develop any of the land in the United Mexican States through ROBLOX studio. All land deemed suitable for farming, grazing, or timber felling, or deemed suitable for the extraction of sub-soil wealth, by the executives of the state the land is in, will be developed to that purpose. Farmland and pastures shall be divided into ejidos, plots of land no more that 2500 square blocks, and shall be worked on by a group of farmers, whose land shall be governed by elected ejidatarios. The ejidatarios will be in charge of running the ejido. Lumber camps will follow a similar pattern. Mines, quarries, and oil wells shall be owned and run by the state they are in. However, no foreigner may be allowed to hold any position in the management of any mines, quarries, and oil wells. National land may not be sold. All land that is not resource devoted may be leased by the federal government, and the state governments if the land indicated is in the respective state's land.

BILL AMENDMENT #3 ADDITION: TITLE 3 CHAPTER 1 The President and Vice President shall be elected every 6 months in the week before the first day of December and June. They shall be inaugurated on the first day of those months. However, only 1 provisional election that shall elect the President and Vice President until the next election stated before shall occur when the Conqueror of Mexico shall decide so. ADDITION: TITLE 3 CHAPTER 2 The Deputies shall be elected every 3 months in the week before the first day of December, March, June, and March. They shall be inaugurated on the first day of those months. Senators shall be elected every 6 months in the week before the first day of December and June. They shall be inaugurated on the first day of those months. However, only 1 provisional election that shall elect Senators and Deputies until the next election stated before shall occur when the Conqueror of Mexico shall decide so. 1 Deputy shall represent no less than 500 of the population. If the citizen population is higher than a number that is divisible of 500, then the number of Deputies shall be determined by the highest number divisible by 500 that can be taken out from the citizen population total. 3 Senators shall be allocated for each state and for the federal district.
