Facet I - Events & Overall Attendance
In the group, we have a very strict and oppressive method of training. To ensure all members can obtain the best skill set they can acquire, Oeck, the Autarch of Welfare, has created the system below:
Imprisoned - Attend one event by the next Monday of your enrollment or you will be exiled.
Tyro 1/2/3/4/5 - Attend every event you can possibly attend. If a high rank notices you are inactive, you will be suspended until you attend one event. Your rank will be restored after the event.
Mez 1/2/3/4/5 - You are required to attend all trainings hosted if you are online. Large gaps of unexcused inactivity will result in demotion to a Tyro rank or suspension for a week - then you will be able to train once again.
High Ranks - Be active in the discord, post, moderate, host, and be active. Any infractions will be severely punished. High ranks are required to attend and host 2 trainings a week. (If you host one, that does not count as attending one).
