Subject: Shane C. Williams
Alias: alphagreyhound1
Age: ██
[BIOGRAPHY]
Shane C. Williams was the age of ██ when he was captured by the foundation. He was arrested, and put on death row for [REDACTED]. While known for his work in biological splicing, the crime was unforgivable and unethical to society. When brought into the foundation, lengthy tests were performed to ensure that brain activity was normal, as well as normal bodily functions. The results were as follows:
[REDACTED]
There were cases like this before, but were rarely seen by the foundation. Shane C. Williams was introduced to the Scientific Department shortly after, wiped clean of all records. He seemed to take particular interest in SCP-173. The reason is unknown.
He began doing several tests as any researcher would, but it started to go downhill from there. Eventually, he started putting lives in danger, doing tests that could lead to potential breaches. Towards the end, he started introducing himself into the chamber. This was an immediate red flag for the foundation, but they allowed it, as the foundation started to gain immense knowledge from said tests. Eventually, Class-D and Security Personnel were excluded from all tests, and all spectators of said tests were locked out. This was when the incident [REDACTED] occurred, leading to the death of most of the foundation personnel. The death toll was immense, yet Shane C. Williams was unharmed.
The breach of SCP-173 was intentional.
Shane C. Williams records were once again wiped clean from an unidentified source, and he was transported to another foundation facility.
He was last spotted at Site-██.
Security footage of the breach suggests that multiple administrative staff managed to bypass the locked door to the containment, enclosing Shane C. Williams and SCP-173.

?: It's not right. Your research is at stake. We could get shut down.
Williams: Leave me be. There is work to be done here.
?: I am notifying the O5-█ about this. He will have you terminated.
Williams: You threaten my research?

?: No... Back up! You can't do this!
Williams: You are all fools. The same tests give the same results. I figured out how 173 functions. He is more than you can imagine.
?: BACK UP, I WILL CALL SECURITY!
