A Bill to Save Lives
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The following actions of taking another life shall be hereby illegal in the State of Firestone: 1st Degree Murder, 2nd Degree Murder, Negligent Homicide, Manslaughter.
SECTION 2: 1st Degree Murder shall be defined as: the ending of another life by someone else with premeditated, and malice intentions.
SECTION 2b: 2nd Degree Murder shall be defined as: the ending of another life by someone else with malicious intent.
SECTION 2c: Negligent Homicide shall be defined as: the ending of another life by someone else with no premeditation or malicious intent, however due to not proper precautions (breaking a law) by the suspect resulted in the death of someone.
SECTION 2d: Manslaughter shall be defined as: the ending of another life by someone else with no premeditation or malicious intent, however did in fact commit the act of taking another life.
SECTION 2e: Premeditation shall be defined as: planned out course.
SECTION 2f: Malice/malicious intent shall be defined as: the mindset to commit a crime; having anger to fuel an act of crime.
SECTION 3: The State of Firestone Courts shall oversee this legislation, while the Firestone State Patrol, National Guard, Homeland Security, Department of Corrections, and specific State of Firestone county Sheriff’s Offices shall enforce it.
SECTION 4: Upon passing both chambers of the State of Firestone Congress, this piece of legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
