how to make legs invisible?

It seems like alot of people have invisible legs, similar to the invisible head glitch? how do i trigger this?

If you're mainly seeing 3.0 with invisible legs, it's a glitch. For the "invisible head glitch" it could be the Headless Horseman Head.
